Parent & Caregiver Support

Supporting parents, caregivers and support networks to build confidence, understanding and practical strategies for everyday life.

Sessions provide a collaborative space to explore challenges, celebrate strengths and develop approaches that feel sustainable and achievable for your family.

Support may focus on understanding and supporting neurodivergent children, or supporting neurodivergent parents and caregivers to navigate parenting in ways that align with their own strengths, needs and values.

What supports may include

✓ Understanding individual strengths and support needs
✓ Neuro-affirming strategies for everyday routines
✓ Building confidence supporting regulation and participation
✓ Collaborative
problem-solving and planning
✓ Navigating home, school and community experiences
✓ Supporting communication, independence and wellbeing
✓ Supporting parents and caregivers in their parenting roles
✓ Practical approaches tailored to family life

Who this may suit

Parents, caregivers and support networks seeking guidance, practical strategies and collaborative support.

Including families supporting neurodivergent children and neurodivergent parents seeking support in their own parenting journey.

How support works

Sessions are individualised and guided by your family’s goals, strengths and everyday experiences.

Sessions typically run for 45–50 minutes of direct support, with additional time for planning, liaison and follow up where required.

Support may occur at home, in the community, online or within educational environments depending on individual needs.
