How support works
Sessions are individualised and guided by your family’s goals, strengths and everyday experiences.
Sessions typically run for 45–50 minutes of direct support, with additional time for planning, liaison and follow up where required.
Support may occur at home, in the community, online or within educational environments depending on individual needs.
